Offr offers a white-label, device-agnostic platform that digitizes the end-to-end property transaction process for agents and buyers, enabling offers, viewings, deposits, solicitor connections and contract signing online. Behind the interface Offr connects agents with solicitors and banks to automate and speed the legal and financial steps of a sale or lease. The platform digitizes over 85% of the buying and selling process for agents and their customers. Offr plans to use the new funding to accelerate international expansion and to further develop its transaction infrastructure to cover all property types, including traditional and auction sales, residential lettings and commercial sales and leases. The company also participated in the Barclays London Accelerator, powered by Techstars, and was selected for follow-on investment from the cohort.
