on call provides an on-call agency service for home medical care, organizing teams—primarily young physicians affiliated with large hospitals—to perform night and holiday house calls. Visits are conducted by two-person teams composed of a physician and a director (a nurse or emergency medical technician). The company uses an app-based visit-optimization system aimed at enabling flexible work styles for doctors and expanding young physicians' participation in home care.
