- Marsdy
Participated · Series A · Aug 2026
Marsdy offers AutoDate, a DX solution that integrates the latest LLMs and generative AI with human-in-the-loop tuning and quality assurance to automate complex, non-standard tasks. The product emphasizes a hybrid approach—AI for automation plus human correction and operational support—to achieve higher accuracy and real-world reliability. Marsdy positions AutoDate to extend automation into areas previously considered infeasible for AI alone, such as handwritten form digitization. The company says adoption is expanding and that key operating focus areas include AI-agent research and strengthening its product development and DX-specialist teams. Headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Marsdy is led by CEO 武藤大揮 and is entering an organizational growth phase, actively recruiting across engineering, sales, and leadership roles. Following its Series A close, Marsdy plans to invest the new capital in R&D, development capacity, team expansion, and marketing to accelerate business growth.
- Neusignal Therapeutics
Participated · Series B · Jul 2026
Neusignal Therapeutics is developing NTX-083, a novel low-molecule compound intended to treat Alzheimer’s disease via a mechanism distinct from existing therapies. The company completed a physician-initiated single-dose Phase 1 trial at the University of Tokyo Hospital (Feb–Sep 2025) and a company-sponsored multiple-dose Phase 1 trial (Nov 2025–Mar 2026) in healthy adults, with both Japanese trials reporting high safety, strong tolerability, and favorable pharmacokinetics and no significant side effects. Neusignal plans to begin a Phase 1b trial in Alzheimer’s patients in the United States later this year. The company intends to use the Series B proceeds to fund that U.S. trial and to expand its workforce ahead of potential strategic alliances with global pharmaceutical firms. Neusignal originated from Tohoku University and is headquartered in Tokyo.
- MW
Participated · Seed · Jun 2026
MW develops Living Home, a next-generation housing concept that integrates sensors, AI robotics, and a home space OS to enable homes to perceive, judge, and act autonomously under what it calls "Residential Physical AI." The company is advancing robot foundation models, including Vision-Language-Action types, and building a unified home space OS to coordinate distributed devices. MW launched its first project in Tokyo (Himonya), which received purchase applications immediately and generated over 1,000 inquiries; its second project in Fukuoka (Kego) has started sales, and a third project in Kanagawa (Yamate) is constructing three buildings scheduled for completion by the end of June 2026. More than 10 projects are underway across urban, regional, and resort areas. MW was founded in February 2024 and was co-founded by Shuzo Narita (Co-Founder and CEO) and Hikaru Ohno (representative). The company has been selected for AWS Japan’s "Physical AI Development Support Program" and recently secured a cumulative ¥3 billion in seed financing to fund product development, R&D, OS enhancement, and hiring.
- movus technologies
Participated · Series B · May 2026
Movus offers a vehicle-subscription service that reduces upfront costs for ride-hailing drivers by using proprietary data to evaluate personal credit, enabling drivers who struggle with traditional financing to access eco-friendly cars. Its service has been deployed in seven cities across Indonesia and the company reports monthly inquiries exceeding 10,000. Movus recently entered a partnership agreement with Grab to expand supply of eco-friendly vehicles regionally. The company is exploring additional services that leverage data and customer bases from super apps involved in ride-hailing, food delivery, payments, lending, insurance, and digital banking. Financially, Movus completed a ¥42.6 billion Series B financing comprised of a ¥16.6 billion equity allotment and ¥26.0 billion of debt facilities. It plans to use the proceeds to grow its Indonesian deployments and to hire for business development, product, and engineering roles in Japan.
- Toypo
Participated · Equity · Mar 2026
Toypo operates a B2B2C digital solution that lets physical stores capture, visualize, and analyze customer visit data through QR code scans and LINE integration. Merchants can quickly launch mini-apps—publishable in about ten minutes on a smartphone—to create loyalty programs, distribute special content, and run targeted promotions, all priced on a per-store subscription model. The platform’s viral distribution, where stores themselves promote the app, has attracted a user base exceeding 1.9 million people. With the fresh capital, Toypo plans to evolve from a “store tool” into a broader “daily outing infrastructure,” developing an AI-powered destination recommendation feature and boosting user engagement. Management also intends to monetize its behavior data via advertising, non-registered store referrals, buy-now-pay-later services, and other fintech extensions. Since its April 2019 founding by CEO Takuya Muraoka and CPO Mr. Ogami, the company has secured roughly ¥1.2 billion in total funding—about ¥900 million in equity and ¥300 million in debt.
