Overview
Alpha Partners is the Pro-Rata Co-Investment Fund. We are known as the VC's VC. Recently, we have provided over $100 million in growth capital to early stage VC firms to double down in their leading companies. 80% of category leading technology companies have small, early stage investors as their first funders. Due to capital constraints, early stage funds lack the follow-on capital necessary to double down in their winners. Alpha partners with VC firms to provide on-demand capital for their follow-ons. We share up to half of the economics on co-investments. Since 2011, Alpha also serves as a advisor to Pritzker Group.

Customers include landlords, condo associations, and HOA boards managing multifamily housing. Honeycomb was co-founded in 2019 by CEO Itai Ben-Zaken and CTO Nimrod Sadot. The company reported it was cash-flow positive and profitable, ending 2025 with $275 million in gross written premium and more than $100 billion in total insured value across 22 states. Management projects crossing $500 million in GWP in the next couple of years as it scales the business.

The company builds both the robot hardware and AI foundation models in-house, using data from operations to iterate on design and software. It targets factory and warehouse tasks such as transport, replenishment, and kitting, aiming to address labour shortages in Japan. ATOM was founded by CEO Shunsuke Aoki and is based in Tokyo. Following the ¥3B seed round, the company plans to hire AI engineers and expand its robotics and business infrastructure to move toward deployment. The article notes the sector is capital-intensive and competitive, with commercialization challenges typical of humanoid robotics.
- Intersect Inc.
Led · Series A · Jan 2026
Founded in April 2023, Intersect is the creator of Askhub, an AI agent platform designed to augment enterprise knowledge work. Askhub combines an AI Assistant, an Information Exploration Agent, and an AI Database that recognizes more than 20 file formats and applies OCR for data extraction. Its proprietary Exploration-Augmented Generation (XAG) method iteratively explores internal knowledge bases, aiming to surface highly relevant information beyond conventional RAG techniques. The company offers professional services around the platform, positioning AI agents as long-term, asset-based systems rather than short-term efficiency tools. Newly secured capital will go toward deepening Askhub’s technical foundations and expanding end-to-end implementation support for clients. Intersect has raised a cumulative ¥380 million to date, including the latest pre-Series A financing. Representative Director Takuya Matsumoto leads the organization.
