Onboard builds a customer onboarding platform that combines smart automation, effortless collaboration and internal/external visibility so companies and clients can work from shared, dynamic launch plans. The product targets customer onboarding teams that currently rely on tools like Google Docs, email, Asana or monday.com. Onboard is in private beta with dozens of companies using the platform and is opening public signups while planning to slowly add clients to ensure quality onboarding. The company plans to continue hiring throughout 2021 and operates with a fully distributed team. Leadership includes CEO Jeff Epstein and COO Will Stevenson, both former colleagues from Ambassador. Management says they are optimizing for learning and customer feedback over near-term revenue while building a product to solve customer onboarding for businesses.
