The company plans to use the funding to expand with new and existing customers across North America, build out integrations and developer tools, and grow partnerships with payers and complementary software vendors. OnCall Health offers a secure web and mobile virtual care platform licensed to healthcare providers for video and text-based consultations. The platform includes encryption, dedicated technical support, analytics and white-label branding, and complies with PHIPA, PIPEDA and HIPAA. OnCall serves more than 300 healthcare organizations across North America and facilitates over 10,000 healthcare video appointments per month, with clients such as CAMH, Calgary West Central Primary Care Network, GrowWise Health and Wellpoint. The company aims to expand operations across North America and help providers integrate virtual care into routine practice. Founded in 2016 and based in Toronto, OnCall bundles technology and services to reduce clinic overhead and enable revenue-generating virtual health programs. It announced a CAD$2M ($1.5M USD) seed round to support this expansion.
