Onepilot
83 boulevard de Sebastopol, Paris, Ile-de-France, 75002, France
Overview
Onepilot offers an all-in-one outsourcing platform that allows e-merchants to outsource customer care to a network of 500+ local freelance agents who remotely resolve tickets. The platform provides agents with AI-driven access to knowledge and a unified work environment with integrations that let agents perform refunds, track orders, and complete other tasks in a few clicks. Onepilot acquired French AI agent assistant startup Hubware earlier this year to speed ticket resolution and plans to double the size of its AI team in 2022. The company positions itself as a higher-quality, cost-competitive alternative to traditional outsourcers and aims to provide 24/7 customer support. Onepilot will expand operations outside France and the U.K., starting with Germany and Spain this summer and then to the rest of Europe. The business has raised a total of €17.5 million to date, including the recent Series A. Onepilot offers fast, human 24/7 customer support powered by technology that lets agents resolve complex issues in minutes. The company says its platform can boost a client’s sales by up to 20% and halve average response time. The five co‑founders come from Foodora, Cowash, Voi, Starquest Capital and Bolt and launched a private beta a few weeks ago. In private beta it has already signed more than 40 clients, including Respire, Blissim and Les Raffineurs. Onepilot plans rapid scaling with 30+ employee hires and hundreds of freelancers in the coming weeks and is preparing for international expansion. The company recently completed a seed fundraising round to support that growth.
