OnLoop is a mobile-native performance-review platform that continuously captures employee feedback, goals and activity and converts that data into auto-generated review summaries for managers. The product emerged from a private beta that began in January 2021 and was tested with 25 companies. OnLoop has converted some early adopters into paying customers and currently employs 22 people. The company emphasizes mobile-first workflows to make feedback and self-reflection convenient for distributed and hybrid teams. CEO and co-founder Projjal Ghatak draws on prior experience at Uber to shape the product’s design and manager workflows. OnLoop plans to invest in product development, data and engineering R&D and to expand its sales and marketing framework to scale customer acquisition.
