Opaper provides a mobile-first platform that lets social commerce sellers create an online store link to take orders, payments and offer shipping options without back-and-forth messaging. The product integrates with 13 shipping carriers and supports e-wallets and bank transfers to simplify checkout for buyers. It targets small vendors, often one- or two-person businesses with roughly $2,000–$5,000 USD gross merchandise value, many of which are in food and beverage. Opaper lets sellers capture customer data for re-engagement and retargeting, and plans to build additional supply chain and inventory management tools to support pre-order workflows. The company launched an MVP, onboarded users, and within four months reached almost 19,000 sellers across 100 cities. Opaper also assembled a fully remote team of 27 people in under a year.
