Led by CEO Don Hicks, the company raised $40M in a Series B to support growth. Optilogic intends to use the funds to intensify development of its optimization and decision-making platform. The announcement positions the company to accelerate product development and broaden adoption among supply chain teams. Optilogic provides a SaaS platform, Cosmic Frog, that enables users to incorporate optimization, simulation, and risk into supply chain design scenarios to assess cost, service and risk tradeoffs. Cosmic Frog, launched in November 2022, is a three-in-one design that includes optimization, simulation and risk engines, can run very large models quickly, and automatically converts legacy supply chain design models. The company is led by CEO and Founder Donald A. Hicks and is focused on expanding enterprise adoption across consumer goods, retail, logistics, manufacturing and distribution. Optilogic said it will use new funding to expand go-to-market programs and further develop the Cosmic Frog platform. Alongside product and solution enhancements, the company expanded its global R&D, customer success and executive leadership team with new appointments and promotions.
