Founded in 2020 by Dhruv Gupta and Tarun Bhambra and based in Bengaluru, Orange Health Labs operates a full-stack diagnostics and healthcare platform that provides on-demand testing and at-home sample collection for routine diagnostics. The company has raised nearly $50 million prior to the Series C, including a $25M Series B in 2022 led by General Catalyst and Bertelsmann and a $12M round in 2024 led by Amazon Sambhav Venture Fund. In FY25 Orange Health Labs reported revenue of Rs 84 crore and a loss of Rs 81 crore. The Series C consists of issuance of Series C compulsorily convertible preference shares to raise Rs 277 crore, led by Iron Pillar India alongside Crescent Enterprises, Bertelsmann, Accel India, General Catalyst, Good Capital, and Paramark Frontier Fund. The round values the company at approximately Rs 1,950 crore (~$205M) post-money and adjusts major shareholdings, with Accel India remaining the largest external investor.
