Orbiit offers a platform that automates communications, matching, scheduling, feedback collection and analytics to improve engagement and knowledge-sharing in online communities. The product combines tech-enabled software with human curation to facilitate tailored 1:1 connections. Customers include startup communities at True Ventures, GGV and Lerer Hippeau, private groups such as Dreamers & Doers, and a customer community run by Spendesk. CEO and co-founder Bilyana Freye says the company focuses on making hard-to-execute 1:1 connections scalable and productive. The startup plans to use the new capital to build out its product and engineering team. Orbiit aims to drive higher engagement across community initiatives by unlocking peer learning and curated matchmaking.
