Oryx Group operates a digital platform that connects supply, demand and talent across the real-estate market, built around Proprietes-privees.com and reinforced by the immoreseau and Rezoximo networks. The group includes rental management (MIG Gestion), training (Sup Tech Immo) and financing businesses (Mantica and Positive Finance). Founded in 2006 and managed since 2016 by Michel Le Bras and Christine Cadrot, Oryx scaled rapidly: turnover rose tenfold to €75 million in 2021 (35% average annual growth) and the group grew from 500 advisers in 2016 to 3,500. In 2021 the company enabled 1,600 entrepreneurs to join the real-estate business and Proprietes-privees.com became the 3rd largest agent network in France. Planned uses of capital include upscaling the technological platform, enhancing buy & sell capabilities, developing brand reputation and pursuing international expansion, with a target of €300 million in turnover within five years.
