The platform connects a community of creditworthy borrowers with sophisticated investors seeking alternative investments and is licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). Led by CEO Osama Alraee and COO Mohamed Jawabri, Lendo serves customers across Saudi Arabia. The company raised SAR 105m ($28m) in a Series B to support its customer base, introduce more innovative financing products, and accelerate market expansion plans. Lendo will use the funding to expand its product offerings and scale in its target market. Lendo is a Saudi Arabia-based, shari'ah-compliant fintech co-founded in 2019 by Osama AlRaee and Mohammad Jawabri. The company operates an SME lending marketplace that digitally pre-finances outstanding invoices to provide quick access to working capital. Lendo's strategy is to provide low-profit-rate financing to SMEs while offering higher-return short-term options for investors and funders. The platform is licensed by SAMA under the Sandbox Environment Program. During the COVID-19 lockdowns Lendo says it helped SMEs manage cash burn and maintain sustainable working capital levels. The company plans to use new funding to deepen platform capabilities and expand its product offering with a more sector-focused, solution-based approach.

More than 75,000 businesses have used Swoop’s service to date. Founded in 2017, the company currently employs about 60 people and expects headcount to reach 80 by the end of the summer. Recent product work centers on deeper data integrations to streamline funding matches. Looking ahead, Swoop plans to accelerate international expansion, targeting the U.S. via existing Canadian operations and scaling its recently launched Australian presence. The new capital will also support continued technology enhancements to broaden its funding proposition.

HyperPay offers payment processing solutions and a suite of merchant services to internet businesses. The recent funding will be used to invest in infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, to grow its product suite, and to accelerate expansion across Egypt and the wider GCC. The company reports significant transaction volume and a large merchant base as primary operating metrics. Muhannad Ebwini is the company's founder and CEO.

The group includes rental management (MIG Gestion), training (Sup Tech Immo) and financing businesses (Mantica and Positive Finance). Founded in 2006 and managed since 2016 by Michel Le Bras and Christine Cadrot, Oryx scaled rapidly: turnover rose tenfold to €75 million in 2021 (35% average annual growth) and the group grew from 500 advisers in 2016 to 3,500. In 2021 the company enabled 1,600 entrepreneurs to join the real-estate business and Proprietes-privees.com became the 3rd largest agent network in France. Planned uses of capital include upscaling the technological platform, enhancing buy & sell capabilities, developing brand reputation and pursuing international expansion, with a target of €300 million in turnover within five years.

Its core offerings include a white-label platform for value-added services and recommendations, a data-insights portal for enterprise clients, and a bank-account-data driven campaign manager for advertisers. The company says end-customers receive cashbacks, higher-value vouchers and contract optimization in exchange for bank account data. Founded in 2014 and based in Germany, OptioPay positions its products as ‘data for good’ that let customers own and responsibly share their data. Management plans to use new funding to further develop and market the three core products and to meet growing demand across Europe. CEO Marcus Börner emphasized investing the capital to better serve businesses and customers and to nudge smarter, more responsible consumption. OptioPay is a Berlin-based payment-solution software company that enables firms to convert payments such as payroll, insurance payouts and other monetary claims into products, services or vouchers from established vendors. The platform is already in market with contracts signed with more than 100 brands and suppliers, including Adidas, Zalando, banks, insurers, aviation and railway companies. Co-founded by CEO Marcus Börner and COO Oliver Easter, OptioPay partners with established vendors to increase perceived value for final recipients like employees and customers. The company raised €7m in seed funding to support its growth. OptioPay intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations.
