Osmind

3130 20th Street Suite 250, San Francisco, CA, 94110, United States

Overview

Osmind builds a mental-health EHR platform that helps clinicians administer, track, and study interventions such as ketamine, SPRAVATO®, and transcranial magnetic stimulation. The platform includes streamlined charting workflows, secure patient engagement, and automated outcomes tracking designed for psychiatrists and interventional mental-health practices. Osmind also runs a research program that aggregates anonymized, longitudinal real-world data to support clinical trials and evidence generation. The company highlighted a research milestone with Stanford physician‑scientists: the largest real-world ketamine infusion study showing rapid, durable antidepressant effects and >70% improvement among patients with baseline suicidal ideation. Osmind plans to use new funding to continue developing and scaling its EHR technology, advance research with new partners, and double the size of its team virtually and at its San Francisco office. Since its founding in 2020, Osmind has positioned itself as a technology and research partner for clinicians treating serious and refractory mental-health conditions. Osmind is a healthcare technology company building the first digital infrastructure for neuropsychiatry, centered on a modern EHR tailored to progressive mental health providers. Its EHR enables clinicians to track measurement-based outcomes for intensive treatment modalities, automate compliance processes for the FDA and insurers, streamline patient and practice management, and aggregate de‑identified real‑world data to accelerate research. The platform supports discovery and delivery of treatments and diagnostics including psychedelic medicines, neuromodulation, digital therapeutics, digital phenotyping, and neuroimaging. Osmind currently serves over 215 mental health practices across 38 states. The company plans to expand research collaborations with academic institutions, life sciences companies, and industry partners such as Fluence and The Ketamine Taskforce. It closed a $15 million Series A to hire key staff and continue scaling its EHR and research platform. Osmind builds electronic health record software and an analytics platform tailored to mental health providers, patients, and researchers. Its EHR is designed for clinicians treating treatment-resistant mental health conditions and enables patient engagement, remote monitoring, automation of administrative tasks, and data-driven clinical decision-making. The platform aggregates patient-reported outcomes and functional metrics to analyze how different patients respond to treatments and to accelerate research and development of new therapies and diagnostics. Launched in June, Osmind currently serves over 20,000 patients across more than 125 practices in over 30 states, including some of the largest treatment-resistant mental health clinics in the country. Founded in Palo Alto, CA in early 2020, the company aims to build digital infrastructure that supports precision health and emerging treatments such as psychedelic medicine and neuromodulation. Osmind recently raised $2M in seed funding to accelerate development and expansion of its EHR and analytics platform.
