Osmo Studio builds an end-to-end editable video platform that generates animation as editable code, with control over timeline, layers, vectors, motion, and brand rules. The product accepts inputs such as Figma files, pasted frontend code, or reference videos and produces animations that teams can edit programmatically. Osmo originated as a software and film studio and, in the seven months before launch, the team produced over 50 films and commercials for clients including Cognition, Parallel Web Systems, and Physical Intelligence. Early customers and teams at companies like Webflow, Resend, Rho, and Gumloop are already using the platform to ship work. The company publicly launched alongside its seed raise and disclosed a $5 million seed financing led by Bain Capital Ventures. The founders highlighted in the launch are Chris He, Oleksandr Shevenionov, Will Hoppin, and Basil Alfaro.
