Ourspace offers a SaaS platform that brings people, projects and priorities into a single contextual canvas to help leaders design cross-functional teams. The product lets leaders visually brainstorm staffing scenarios, weigh tradeoffs, and reorganize teams based on employee attributes, skills and company goals. The platform is currently available by waitlist and lists product, engineering and growth leaders at Spendesk and Stuart among early adopters. The company was founded and is led by Megan Murphy, Stephanie Bowker and Mark Allen, who previously held senior roles at Hotjar, Spendesk and Glovo. Ourspace employs a pan-European remote team across Paris, London, Munich and Barcelona, with Barcelona serving as the main hub. The startup announced a €2.5 million pre-seed funding round to launch and scale the product.
