Outmind builds a plug-and-play internal search engine that connects to companies' internal tools (CRM, ERP, Office 365, Google Drive, email, and project management tools) to surface relevant results in a fraction of a second. The solution uses indexing, semantic analysis, and machine learning techniques and can indicate which person to ask when data is not shared. Outmind says its product can save up to four hours per employee per week. Founded in 2019 by Grace Mehrabe and Arthur Caillaud and based in Paris, the company has launched its first production version and joined Station F's Future 40. It targets an international market estimated at more than €10 billion and plans to expand into the English-speaking world. Outmind is preparing deployments to more than 30 partner companies, with first customers in France and Europe, and intends to double its headcount as it commercializes across Europe. The team plans to continue R&D to go beyond search and deliver contextual information when users need it.
