Its products bring hospital-grade monitoring technology into the home and combine hardware and software for infant health and sleep tracking. Since 2012, more than 2.5 million parents have used Owlet’s monitoring products. Financially, the company recently refinanced its debt with a new $25 million revolving credit facility that improved borrowing costs and left it with approximately $33.8 million in total liquidity as of June 26, 2026. The company says the improved capital structure and lower interest rates will allow it to enhance liquidity and invest in its strategic priorities while maintaining disciplined capital allocation. The facility matures in three years and includes the potential to expand commitments to $35 million subject to lender approval.
