Parth Electricals & Engineering manufactures electrical components including RMUs and compact substations and operates a unit in Vadodara, Gujarat. The company says production rose from 900 RMUs two years ago to about 3,000 annually, and it currently makes roughly 100 compact substations per year. Parth has an order book of ₹140 crore, including a recent ₹48 crore contract from Waaree Energies for a 6.5 GW solar project. It reported FY2024–25 revenue from operations of ₹174.67 crore and a net profit of ₹10.11 crore. Parth plans significant expansion, investing ₹40 crore to build a GIS facility in Vadodara and a new plant in Khurda, Odisha, and intends to raise headcount from 250 to 550. Planned uses of its imminent IPO proceeds include ₹20 crore for the GIS facility, ₹19 crore for the Odisha plant, ₹15 crore to repay debt, with the balance for general corporate purposes.
