Cerêve develops an FDA-cleared bedside system that precisely cools and pumps fluid to a forehead pad worn throughout the night to treat insomnia. Three independent clinical studies on more than 230 patients over 3,800 research nights demonstrated the device's efficacy. The company received FDA clearance earlier in 2017 and is preparing for a commercial launch. Cerêve intends to use newly raised funds to build out infrastructure and support that product introduction. The company was formed in 2008 and is led by CEO Craig Reynolds; Eric Nofzinger M.D. is a founder.
