PassEntry, based in London, closed a £5.2M funding round to support growth. The company offers a platform for businesses to distribute and manage digital passes including loyalty cards, event tickets and membership passes, with integration into Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. The round was led by Acurio Ventures and Bonsai Partners. PassEntry plans to use the funds to increase its customer base and expand into five new countries, focusing on North America and Asia Pacific. The company aims to be present in more than 10 major markets by the end of 2025 to solidify its position in the digital pass industry. The team is led by CTO Nico Cary and COO Josh Shepherd.
