Launched in 2020, PetsApp offers a client engagement and workflow platform for veterinary clinics that streamlines communication, payments, appointment booking and remote consultations. The product targets clinic efficiency and vet wellbeing by prioritising owner queries and giving vets control over workflows and revenues. For pet owners the mobile app centralises pet care management and enables prompt advice and care from their trusted veterinary team. In the months after its 2020 launch PetsApp was the engagement platform of choice for over 300 clinics. To date the company says it has helped over 200k pets with more than 650k virtual care interactions and is one of the top veterinary apps in the UK and Ireland App Store. The new funding will be used to keep building the product and to focus on international expansion.
