The company was launched in 2018 and maintains teams in Helsinki and Ukraine; the founders are brothers Ivan and Pavlo Talaychuk. Pibox previously participated in the Startup Wise Guys and Accelerace Soundtech acceleration programs and has recently raised new funding.
