Plain builds conversational artificial-intelligence agents that financial consultants use to create tailored investment, tax and succession plans for clients holding between R$100 k and R$1 m. The platform ingests client-supplied data, profiles risk tolerance, and drafts portfolio studies that advisers then review before making recommendations, removing dependency on product-sales commissions. By automating the operational workload, the tool aims to give smaller investors the same allocation intelligence long reserved for large family offices. Co-founders Diogo Duarte and André Luis Ogando Paraense combine more than two decades of financial-markets experience and academic research in AI. Investors cite an addressable market of roughly 21 million Brazilian investment accounts in the target asset range. With fresh funding, the company plans to finish product development and begin commercial operations in early 2026. Plain is also negotiating with multiple advisory firms interested in deploying its technology.
