The product surveys employees once a day with one-minute questions and builds models to identify sentiment patterns correlated and causal to organizational performance. Plasticity targets rapid-growth small- to medium-sized businesses and positions itself between HRIS/consulting firms and employee rewards programs. In the past 12 months the company grew from one to 12 enterprise customers, and it now has teams in 11 countries with plans to add employees in another 11. Plasticity says it is nine months ahead of its forecasted sales and is about to double its pricing model. The company will use the new funding for sales and product development.
