PlayMaker is an AI-infused platform that helps rights holders and brands manage sponsor relationships and streamline deliverables. Its sponsorship operating system houses components of sponsorship agreements — contracts and assets — and uses AI to extract obligations and partner expectations from those files. The platform converts that information into activation roadmaps to guide sponsorship execution. PlayMaker was co-founded by former Anheuser-Busch sports partnership veteran Hannah Sorkin (CEO) and software developer Sameer Mehra (CTO) and is headquartered in N.Y., having been founded late last year. Current clients include Poppi, RCX Sports, The Bay Golf Club, Leones de Ponce, and the World Police & Fire Games. The company has closed a $1M funding round to support growth. Proceeds will be used to hire more engineers and expand the customer base.
