PocketList says its network already includes tens of thousands of units in Los Angeles and reports that rentals typically sit vacant 26 days on turnover outside the service; on PocketList units are rented about 67 days before landlord notice and 97 days before they appear on other sites, and vacancy can fall to roughly one week.
