POW operates three apparel brands—POW Gloves, Holden Outerwear and Spacecraft—that sell apparel for skiers, snowboarders and outdoor sports enthusiasts. The brands were all founded in 2002 and together sell outdoor sports apparel in more than 35 countries. Last year POW Gloves acquired Holden Outerwear and Spacecraft and created POW Inc. as the parent company for the three brands. Led by CEO Greg Danielson, the company plans to use new funding to expand its customer base and enter new markets. POW also intends to upgrade its supply chain and customer-service operations. The company secured $2.5m from Columbia Pacific Advisors.
