PR Table
Tokyo, Japan
Overview
PR Table provides talentbook, a one‑stop recruitment PR platform that plans recruitment strategy, creates content, distributes it, and accumulates engagement and action data to optimize digital PR for hiring. The company says it has served more than 1,200 enterprise and growth customers across industries. In the past year PR Table reports revenue roughly doubled and headcount expanded from 35 to 64 employees. It intends to invest the new proceeds into talentbook product development and its own hiring to strengthen organizational support for enterprise recruiting marketing. The firm was founded in 2014 and is based in Chiyoda, Tokyo. Cumulatively it has raised ¥1.7 billion (including capital‑type loans). PR Table rebuilt and rebranded its flagship corporate-branding SaaS from PR Table to talentbook, positioning the product as a company-focused talent directory that highlights employees. The service, launched in December 2015 by founders from Ozmapr and RareJob, is intended both for external employer branding and internal culture diffusion. Talentbook is described as a “new business card,” enabling users to surface employee backgrounds online to support post‑COVID business matching and introductions. The company has added features to diagnose reactions to published content and plans to support customer PDCA cycles to drive more effective culture‑penetration activities. User adoption has grown to just over 100 corporate customers (about 1,000 including free users). The firm says the talent‑focused positioning may lead to new SaaS launches, partnerships, or acquisitions to expand its corporate‑branding offering.
