Founded in 2024 by former Netflix and Meta product leader Navneeth Ramprasad, Praan Health delivers preventive, lifestyle-oriented care for Indians aged 50 and above. Its mobile app lets millennial and Gen Z children coordinate parents’ health journeys, offering features such as blood-test uploads, risk scoring, progress tracking and virtual doctor consultations. The company provides personalised 90-, 180- and 365-day programmes for 25-plus chronic conditions, combining physician oversight, clinical nutrition guidance and one-on-one strength training. In less than a year, Praan has supported more than 1,500 families across India through over 50,000 one-on-one sessions, delivered by a 75-member team of physicians, nutritionists, physiotherapists and certified strength coaches. With fresh capital, the firm plans to deepen its technology stack, grow its clinical and coaching workforce, and open dedicated health centres in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi-NCR. Management envisions turning chronic care into daily habits of movement, strength and evidence-based nutrition so ageing can be defined by vitality rather than vulnerability.
