    Founded in 2021 and based in Gurugram, Lissun is a tech-enabled mental health platform that provides therapy, counseling, and wellness solutions to individuals and enterprises. The company reports having delivered over 35,000 therapy sessions across more than 40 cities and serves over 200 clients via partnerships with corporates, healthcare providers, and educational institutions. In July last year, Lissun acquired US-based mental wellbeing startup Being Cares Inc as part of its push to build an AI-driven, child-first behavioural development ecosystem. Financially, Lissun’s operating revenue nearly doubled to Rs 5.13 crore in FY25 from Rs 2.66 crore in FY24, while losses increased to Rs 9.85 crore from Rs 9.10 crore. The company has approved an MSOP granting options worth roughly Rs 5.06 crore to key personnel. Lissun has not yet filed its FY26 financial statements.

    Founded by Divanshu Kumar and Moinak Banerjee and incubated at IIT Madras, Solinas Integrity develops robotics and AI systems to inspect, clean and digitise underground water and wastewater infrastructure. The Chennai-based startup supplies robotic inspection and cleaning technologies alongside AI-powered asset management software for water and sanitation networks. It aims to expand geographically across additional Indian states and municipal corporations and to establish an international presence in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The company plans to broaden into adjacent high-stakes sectors such as oil & gas and defence while expanding its industrial solutions portfolio. Solinas is accelerating development of next-generation robotics and strengthening its software platforms to support growth, and is targeting Rs 100 crore in revenue by FY28.

Its ingredient technology platform combines ingredient engineering, process R&D, formulation science, and precision manufacturing to commercialize proprietary ingredients. The company follows a contextual innovation approach to tailor solutions to the nutritional, functional, sensory, and commercial requirements of Indian consumers and brands. Arboreal has commercialized proprietary ingredients across multiple categories while additional ingredient platforms remain under development. The company says its products are used by food, beverage, and CPG brands in the Indian market and currently serves more than 1,100 B2B customers across India. With the Series A proceeds, Arboreal plans to expand manufacturing capacity, boost R&D capabilities, and accelerate commercialization of its next-generation functional ingredients.

    Founded in 2023 by Kumar Neelendu, Farm Watt Innovations aggregates and supplies agricultural biomass to compressed biogas (CBG) plants and other bioenergy facilities. The company operates 15 biomass aggregation hubs across six states and is planning expansion into multiple additional states including Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Bihar. It seeks to reduce crop residue burning by converting agricultural waste into feedstock for renewable energy projects. The startup plans to develop its own portfolio of CBG, bio-pellet and biochar plants as part of its growth strategy. Recent financing of Rs 32.5 crore will be used to strengthen the biomass supply chain, expand collection networks, build aggregation hubs, purchase machinery and increase headcount.

    Econovus develops bespoke industrial packaging solutions built on engineered, IP-backed materials aimed at reducing manufacturers’ packaging costs and carbon emissions. Founded in 2019 by Ramesh Prasad and based in Pune, the company positions its offerings as engineered, digital, and sustainable alternatives for industrial customers. Econovus recently completed its maiden institutional raise of ₹40 Cr in a pre-Series A round led by Rainmatter with participation from Rockstud Capital. The fresh capital will fund expansion into high-growth verticals such as automotive, lithium-ion batteries, solar infrastructure, steel, and defence. Management has emphasized scaling commercial deployment across these sectors as a near-term priority.
