Predictheon is developing an artificial intelligence platform aimed at giving anesthesiologists a single screen with the information they need and the ability to warn of imminent complications. The company was founded by Dr. Pedro Gambús together with physicians Sebastián Jaramillo and Jose Fernando Valencia, and is led by CEO Eva Gubern. Current plans focus on obtaining regulatory approval, initiating clinical trials and running additional pilot deployments, with a target of reaching a minimum market state around 2028. The startup has a small team of nine people and expects modest headcount growth to about 10–11 this year. Financially, it recently secured €1.8 million to fund these next development and commercialization steps. Predictheon is already engaging in discussions with large medical-equipment companies about potential partnerships, distribution deals or exits, and the company does not intend to handle a global commercial strategy entirely on its own.
