Prengi offers a comprehensive facilities and property management SaaS platform that centralizes operations and automates facility-management workflows. The company says its product can drive an 18% reduction in real estate exploitation costs, a 9% reduction in energy consumption, and a 24% reduction in costs for proactively maintained equipment. Prengi originated as a tailor-made platform for the founder’s own facility management company and was later positioned for commercial sale. The founder, Sergey Shulga, says the product is unique in the market with similar features at a different cost profile. Prengi plans to expand its reach within the US and further into Europe and the Middle East. The company recently completed a Seed financing and is currently valued at an estimated $3 million.
