Prenuvo provides radiation-free, non-invasive whole-body MRI screening combined with AI-driven analysis to detect cancers, aneurysms and other conditions and deliver quantitative health insights. The company recently received FDA clearance for its AI-powered Prenuvo Body Composition report and introduced a bundled offering called Prenuvo Enhanced that adds brain-health scanning and a custom blood biomarker panel. Prenuvo says it has surpassed 110,000 members and identified over 1.4 million personalized health insights across its member base. It operates a vertically integrated model with 17 dedicated centers across North America and a private radiology group of more than 80 board-certified radiologists. The firm plans to expand to 15 additional clinics, including its first international expansion to Europe and Australia, and is rolling out Enhanced screenings immediately in Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and New York. Prenuvo raised $120M in Series B fundraising during 2024 to accelerate augmentation of its core whole-body MRI services with additional modalities and analyses. Prenuvo offers radiation-free, full-body MRI scans that use proprietary AI and software to cover 26 regions and organs in under one hour. The company says its scans can screen for and diagnose more than 500 conditions, including most solid tumors at Stage 1. Prenuvo positions its exams as faster, less costly, and more intelligent than traditional MRI screenings and delivers results to patients and doctors via a web and mobile app read by trained radiologists. The company reports revenue growth of 240% year-over-year and is scaling quickly with seven clinics, including newly opened Santa Monica and Boca Raton locations. Prenuvo emphasizes a patient-friendly imaging experience with spacious scans and in-scan entertainment. It plans additional clinic launches over the next year in cities including New York City, Chicago, Boston, and Bethesda.
