Prêts is an Amsterdam-based fintech founded in 2023 that builds integrated financing and services to accelerate energy-efficient home upgrades. Its platform offers embedded financing, displays projected returns and savings from upgrades, and aligns investment costs with energy savings to keep monthly bills financially neutral. Prêts aims to simplify the financing process and promote healthy household finances so homeowners can adopt heat pumps, solar panels and other sustainable technologies. The company plans to launch an MVP with "premier" Dutch partners and use the recent funding to scale accessibility for sustainable home technologies. Prêts emphasizes affordability and practical implementation through partnerships and smart financing structures.
