Primary Record is a Fishers-based health care information app founded in 2020 by Jean Ross and Jim McIntosh. The app organizes health care data and allows users to document, organize and share information with care teams and family caregivers. Primary Record launched publicly on Dec. 1, 2023. The company plans to build out app features, specifically a platform for care managers and patient advocates to securely connect with patients and family caregivers, and to pursue community partnerships to publicize the product.
