Property Meld is a stand-alone property maintenance software platform founded in 2015 and based in Rapid City, S.D. Its core product centralizes maintenance scheduling, communication, coordination, billing, and oversight to reduce maintenance costs and improve renter satisfaction. The platform integrates with AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, and RentManager and is used by industry operators including Evernest, HomeRiver Group, PURE Property Management, Real Property Management, All County, and PMI franchises. Property Meld serves over 650 customers and covers more than 450,000 units. In January 2023 the company raised $15 million in a Series B led by Frontier Growth, bringing total funding to $22 million. The company says the proceeds will support continued growth and product expansion to further optimize maintenance for property managers.
