Prosperty uses proprietary technology for process automation and continuous data analysis to evaluate market trends, make predictions, and provide actionable insights. Founded in 2020, the company operates from Athens and Thessaloniki, has a team of over 30 people, and more than 1,500 property owners on its marketplace. The startup plans to expand to other European markets, invest in talent, and establish new tech partnerships in data analysis, marketing, and sales management. Longer-term product plans include building a fully digital mortgage pre-approval process and developing innovative insurance products to offer integrated digital real estate services. Prosperty is an Athens-based proptech startup building a platform to digitalise real estate processes, including selling and renting. The platform will list 'fully audited' properties and offers 3D-assisted presentations and virtual tours. It also digitalises documents and provides online services around technical, legal and notary procedures. The company is about to launch in Greece and is slated to expand to other countries next year. Prosperty has raised €1.1 million in seed funding from Velocity.Partners, Metavallon VC and angel investors. Metavallon said its involvement reflects trust in the Prosperty team and noted the investment is among the larger seed financings for an entirely Greek startup.
