P.S. XO delivers party boxes for families to enjoy the process of creating celebrations and has developed e-commerce capabilities and social distribution channels such as Pinterest. The company recently launched its app on iOS. P.S. XO has merged with Seedling, an Irvine, CA–based toy and crafting brand founded by Phoebe Hayman; the combined company will be known as Seedling. Seedling's products are available in thousands of retailers including Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Macy’s, Barneys, Harrods and Selfridges. The combined company has over 350 products and is expected to soon cross more than $10 million in sales. The merger aims to provide online and offline ways to reduce the time and anxiety involved with entertaining children, planning a party or shopping for the perfect gift.
