Overview
PVcase offers a SaaS solar design platform intended to make project design faster, more efficient, and more precise while tackling the industry’s growing problem of data risk. The platform aims to cover every step in the design and operations process within a single solution and has integrated the data fields of its recent acquisition, Anderson Optimization. PVcase introduced Anderson Optimization software to the European market, initially covering Germany, Spain and the UK. The company plans to use new funding to expand operations and further develop its software solution. Led by CEO David Trainavicius, PVcase has expanded into 75 countries and has operated almost exclusively from its revenue stream while growing. PVcase develops software to design, estimate, and optimize commercial and utility-scale solar assets, transforming complex engineering processes through an AutoCAD-based interface that can export to PVSYST. The product enables customers to complete site layouts and energy models quickly and accurately, according to a customer testimonial. PVcase has delivered services in more than 50 countries and counts clients including BayWa r.e., Borrego, Statkraft, and Atwell Group. The company reported 4x ARR growth over the last year. PVcase plans to use new funding to further product development, support expansion in the U.S., and accelerate hiring remotely and at its offices in Lithuania, Spain, and Germany. It intends to scale its product portfolio into a data-driven solar technology platform covering the entire solar project lifecycle from sales and development to construction, operation, and maintenance.
