Q4 Web Systems is a Toronto, Ontario, Canada-based provider of SaaS-based financial content and data analytics for investor relations at public companies. Its platform delivers investor websites, mobile applications and intelligence aimed at CFOs and investor relations departments. Customers include Nike, Salesforce, FedEx and McDonald’s. The company secured $5M in new financing and also obtained debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank. The equity round was led by Plaza Ventures with participation from Atlas Venture, and Matthew Leibowitz of Plaza Ventures will join Q4’s board. Q4 intends to use the funds to expand product, engineering and sales teams.
