Qapa is a Paris-based social job matching marketplace that uses a bid data proactive matching algorithm and a free posting model to connect job seekers and recruiters. CEO Stéphanie Delestre, formerly COO of Qype, leads the company’s effort to change traditional recruitment economics. Qapa announced an ambitious goal to reduce unemployment in France by 10% within the next year. The company intends to use its matching engine and social features to address unfilled jobs and streamline hiring activity.
