Quadrofoil produces energy-efficient, environmentally friendly vessels powered by electric motors, hydrofoils and a patented steering system. The company aims to deliver sustainable vessels ranging from personal watercraft to public and cargo transportation using hydrofoiling technology. It launched the eco-friendly Q2 Electric and has raised a total of €4.2 million since that product’s launch. Quadrofoil plans to develop new products and technologies, including solutions for autonomous water transportation systems, and to expand its R&D efforts. The startup will use recent funding to accelerate production, advance product development, and expand global marketing. Future plans include pursuing Series B funding to enable international mass serial production, establish a new R&D centre, build a sales and distribution network, and create a renting and sharing system.
