Qualityfry is a Madrid, Spain-based provider of kitchen automation products. Its flagship product, Fast Chef Elite (also referenced as Fast Chef Elife), is an automatic frying device that fries without producing smoke or odours and does not require specialist labour. The device is small and free-standing, allowing installation in different locations within HORECA establishments including bar or café counters, hotel offices, inside or outside kitchens, and in mobile businesses and sales outlets. Users only need an electrical power point to operate the device. The company plans to use the €1.01m raised to expand adoption of Fast Chef Elite nationally and abroad and to develop new solutions. The round was led by Kereon Partners with participation from Caixa Capital Risc and other private investors.
