Overview
Quantica is an IP-driven deep technology company developing advanced additive manufacturing systems, headquartered in Berlin with offices in Barcelona and Cambridge. Its core products are the NovoJet™ OPEN printing system for ultra-high-viscosity, multi-material 2D and 3D inkjet printing and the JetPack™ R&D tool for optimizing and validating new materials for its printheads. The company also launched an AI-based build management and slicing software called MultiSlice and has partnerships with ALTANA Cubic Ink®, ImageXpert, and printhead manufacturer Xaar to expand its materials and manufacturing capabilities. Founded in 2018, Quantica focuses on expanding its material portfolio and scaling production through strategic partnerships and product development. The company intends to use the latest funding to grow its team and accelerate development and production of its additive manufacturing solutions. Quantica develops multi-material 3D printing systems based on its NovoJet multi-material inkjet technology. The company is manufacturing the NovoJet™ C-7, a desktop printer equipped with seven NovoJet™ printheads. The C-7 will be released as an open development platform to enable organizations and research institutes to develop functional multi-material 2D and 3D applications. Its ultra-high viscosity jetting technology allows printing of 3D parts with up to seven different materials in a single process. Quantica intends to use new funds to further advance its first products and to expand marketing efforts and operations. Claus Moseholm leads the company as CEO.
