Formalize positions automation and AI at the core of its product to simplify compliance while preserving security and local expertise. The firm’s customer base numbers in the thousands of SMEs across Europe who face an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. With €50 million raised to date, the company is financially equipped to scale its offering. Recent funding will be used to open offices and grow local teams in key European markets such as the DACH region and France.

The company works with over 150 care services across the UK, has onboarded more than 1,000 healthcare staff, and has supplied over half a million hours requested by care providers. Care Hires is live and allows care providers and recruitment agencies to register on its platform. The recent investment will be used to amplify sales and marketing, bolster technology infrastructure, and support the launch of several SaaS products to add automation and further efficiencies. Management says it aims to become the chosen staffing partner for care services and agencies across the UK.
