Quiltt

169 Madison Ave, #2132, New York, Texas, 10016, United States

Overview

Quiltt builds low-code fintech infrastructure—APIs plus no-code UI modules—that enable startups and small businesses to create and integrate financial services without large engineering teams. Its platform includes integrations with providers such as Plaid, Spade and ApexEdge, and centers on a data engine and actionable APIs. The company is adding billing and subscription management and plans to let users start with white-label apps and transition to more specialized offerings while keeping the same backend. Quiltt launched a public beta aimed at startups and small businesses after working with eight customers over the past year, some of which are in production or have raised funding themselves. The company was founded by Ruben Izmailyan and Mark Bechhofer, is based in Dallas, and had operated as a lean four-person team prior to the recent financing. Quiltt closed $4 million in seed funding in the first quarter of this year after previously bootstrapping; the service is free for now but the company plans an infrastructure-as-a-service tier with fees. The new funding will be used to add engineering resources and further develop the platform.
