Radd3 developed DimeTime, a realistic virtual reality football training system compatible with HTC Vive and Samsung Gear VR headsets. The platform converts playbooks into VR content in less than a week and enables players to interact with plays dynamically rather than just passively viewing. Radd3 launched a full product aimed at NFL and NCAA teams and plans a mass-market version for high school athletes due out this fall. A tablet-based coach app allows coaches to draw new plays in real time and push them to players’ headsets within seconds. In early July Radd3 closed a $2.2M Series A financing led by HTC, with Presence Capital participating. The company also entered a strategic collaboration with HTC that provides access to technical and business resources to help improve products and strengthen the business.
