Overview
Ruishi Chuangxin develops high-performance 4G and 5G radio-frequency (RF) front-end chips and modules. Since its founding in April 2017, the company has focused on the Phase 2-21 product series, which entered mass production in late 2018. Its TXM module was the industry’s first Phase 2 front-end product to adopt a two-layer substrate process, significantly lowering costs. The team is targeting 5G NR bands such as N77/N78/N79 and LTE bands like N41, and identifies HPUE, carrier aggregation and MIMO as key technical challenges for 5G RF front ends. Ruishi plans to roll out a series of new high-performance 4G and 5G RF front-end products in H2 2019. After completing a near-¥100M Series A, the company will increase investment in R&D, marketing and operations to enhance product competitiveness and support 5G commercialization. 锐石创芯 focuses on designing and developing radio‑frequency front‑end components used between transceivers and antennas, including power amplifiers, antenna switches, filters, duplexers/diplexers and low‑noise amplifiers. The company's core team comprises experienced R&D members from industry leading firms and holds patents that have been applied in large‑scale mass production of RF front‑end products. It aims to push国产替代 (domestic substitution) in high‑end RF components as 5G drives a smartphone upgrade cycle. In January 2020 the company completed a B round of financing of over RMB100 million, providing capital to scale development and production. Investors will support the company with business, resources and funding as it pursues broader adoption in Chinese smartphone supply chains. The team’s expertise spans PA development, production, tuning and customer support, positioning the startup to target bottleneck segments in the RF value chain.
